Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie… Oh My!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

There’s nothing like a good chocolate chip cookie… unless of course, if it’s super-sized and more than an inch thick. So when I found this recipe from my aunt’s Nestle Classic Recipes Cookbook a while back, I knew it was a must-make. Serve it warm, with ice cream, with syrup… and with caution… because you’ll definitely want another slice.

  1. Finally made this for a Christmas party, not a single piece left! :)

  2. I made this for Thanksgiving and it was sooo delicious!

  3. Ok, just reread the recipe and answered my own question. (= But I am confused as to what “Bake on baking sheet and increase baking time slightly.” means. Thanks.

  4. I bought the freezable Pillsbury pie crust… Is that ok?

  5. Cookie pie, how I love you!

  6. I made this last week and sadly it did not turn out! :( Any tips/suggestions for me Bakerella? I left out the pecans. I followed the rest of the recipe exactly (except maybe my eggs really weren’t ‘foamy’ enough? I whisked them by hand with a fork). My pie ended up much darker than yours on top, and the outer edge of the crust was almost burnt. Should I adjust the temp or cooking time? I was so excited for this pie – my first pie attempt ever! – your pictures looks sooooo delicious and it just fell flat. :( I want to try again and get it right!

  7. I made this this weekend its even better than I thought it would be…so delishious!

  8. I made this wonderful pie for dessert this evening and served it with vanilla ice cream and my oh my it was just awesome. It will certainly be one of the ones I use frequently. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

  9. I am in the middle of baking this delicious confection and Ive been reading through some of the comments and just wanted to add my “2cents” , someone mentioned their chocolate chips sinking to the bottom of the pie, but if you toss them around in a little flour before you put them into the batter it prevents them from sinking

    – happy baking & I love this blog !

  10. Ack! I put in too much butter by half a cup! I had kiddos around my ankles and got absent minded.. -_-;; hopefully the extra flour and sugar balanced it out enough *pray*
It’s in the oven now.. lets hope it’s okay!!

  11. This was amazing. I made my own piecrust which added some extra time to the recipe but it was worth it. I am pretty sure my boyfriend died a little bit when he bit into it.

  12. oh god, imagine the calories! but oh so goooood.

  13. Ever since a resturant in my area closed, I had to learn how to make this pie. I had to have it.

  14. Made this today. Even with making a home made pie shell it was still quick and easy and delish! Forgot to put the chocolate sauce on top… might have to have another piece:)

  15. I found the pie shell wasn’t deep enough for this recipe – and all standard shells are the correct depth, my pie rose and exploded over the shell so next time around I split it into two pans but I think I need to cut down on the cooking time as it seemed a little dry.

I planned to try it in individual cups as well, glad to hear it works. What cooking time do you think they require?

  16. its in my oven right now!!! how are we gonna handle the next 29 min., i don’t know..it was so easy, my 7 yr old did all the mixing! i love your blog, have been reading for the past yr. you take cuteness+yummy to a new level. thank you thank you

  17. does this pie REALLY need a shell? cause…dang I don’t wanna have to make one lol no buyable pie shells here just like Julie in post 169 they don’t do pie crusts here.

  18. I gave up chocolate for Lent. This is my comeback recipe. um um um

  19. UGH! you’ll have to carry me out on a strecher after eating that.

  20. Just made it for a dinner party tonight, and it was such a crowd pleaser!!!! Too many compliments;)

  21. Could have used another 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and I wish I would have coated them in flour because mine all sank to the bottom of the pie. I also added about a tsp of vanilla to my pie. So yum :)

  22. Bakerella, I’ve made quite a few of your recipes but I have to tell you, I made this pie and it was gone in exactly 18 hours! See, there’s only two people in my house who have a sweet tooth (and I’m not really one of them- I just love to bake), but this pie was heaven. OMG I think this was the most satisfying dessert I’ve ever made! I want to thank you for sharing it with us; my chocolate devouring family will love you forever!

P.S- For those of you who haven’t made this pie yet, DROP EVERYTHING, RUN TO YOUR KITCHEN, AND BAKE THIS PIE RIGHT NOW! And for those people who are having trouble with soupy pies, I increased my baking temperature to 350 F and let it set for a few hours. It turned out absolutely perfect!

  23. i mean this in the nicest way,

    you are the devil.

    :)

  24. ohh wow *drools*

  30. This is in my oven right now…Maybe this time my family will eat the food I make:D

  31. TuTu – My guess is yes

  32. this is far the best chocolate pie recipe ive ever seen! i’ll definately try it; unfortunately there’s nothing buyable like pie shells here in austria (you know that little country relaxing there beside germany ;]), so ill have to make it myself. it sure will be some work but these totally impressed unbelieving looks on their faces and of course the taste will be worth it! love it! <33

  33. My Auntie Lee used to make this for Easter gatherings. It has been a long time since I’ve seen it. Presently, the house smells heavenly from the one that is baking in the oven…. and it was so easy! Thanks for putting this up.

  34. Oh my! This looks SO delicious! I must bake this as soon as humany possible!

  35. I am attempting this MINI style! I am using a regular sized cupcake pan and basically did it the same way as the mini pumpkin pies. They are for a dinner tonight. FINGERS CROSSED it works. I am the WORST baker in the world.

  36. i have a question will it work without pecans?

  37. omgggggggggg that looks amazinggggggggggg i wana try making it

  38. We made this for a mom’s night in and it was delicious!!! Of course all of us preggers mommas enjoyed it too.

  39. Just looking at the photo prepared me to double the recipe and make 2 pies the first time I tried this! It was wonderful. A glass a milk it a must!

  40. Some friends are coming in town from Alaska and we’re having a picnic-style dinner. I’m definitely going to have to make this for dessert! Thanks for all you do and for sharing it with all of us! Keep rockin’!

  41. I love love love this pie. I have yet to make it with the pecans though, but it is still sooooo good. We have received nothing but compliments when we serve it. And warm….well, it’s just heavenly. If you like the center of a chocolate chip cookie best, this is the dessert for you! Thanks Bakerella!

  42. I plan on trying this for Thanksgiving! It looks like it tastes GREAT!

  43. I think my boyfriend would propose on the spot if I ever made him one of these. Wow, thanks for sharing!

  44. Jenny – Keep covered and it will last for a few days. You can just reheat a piece in the microwave.

  45. I just made this pie for some dinner guests I am having later tonight… I don’t think I am going to make it. It smells so good I want to eat it now.

  46. I was just wondering if this is possible to store this for a couple of days (fridge) and how long should I put it in the oven to reheat it?

  47. All that chocolate. I can understand why your husband is drooling. I am printing this now.

  48. OMG! I just made this and its amazing!!!!! I cant wait to make this for my family and friends! My boyfriend is in heaven right now! Thanks so much! Cant wait to try other recipes!

  49. Ok just had my first slice, and it is amazing! Topping it off with a scoop of vanilla is a must!
    MmmmMmmm.

  50. I have this in the oven right now!! Hope it turns out good, because it was so easy to make!

I am trying it out today for Thanksgiving on Monday (I’m in Canada).

    Thanks so much!

  51. MADE it…LOVED it…MADE it again.
    FABULOUS and so EASY.

  52. I’ve got this in the oven right now! I hope it turns out ok. I sort of over-softened the butter in the microwave (teehee!). I left the 1 and half sticks in the Land O Lakes box and threw it in the microwave on defrost. I poured what I could into the mixer from the box!! I thought about wringing it out, but didn’t quite go that far! LOL!! I’m sure we’ll still eat it!! Chocolate syrup will cure whatever happens to it, right?

  53. Wellice – A big giant chewy cookie!

  54. so i just baked this last night after putting it off for a while. i made the addition of cutting reese’s mini cups in half and studding the edges of the pie with them before baking, best decision ever.

  55. Tried this week and it is fabulous!!! Super easy also.

  56. what a dessert to have after lunch or dinner

  57. tried this recipe over the weekend. used 1/2 cup of brown sugar only, and my family loved it still! thanks for sharing the recipe. I’ll try making small tart versions of this for christmas goody bags for kids. :)

  58. Oh.My.Goodness. I was looking at the Pumpkin Pie Bites when I saw your photo of this pie in the “Featured Sweets” box. My mouse was drawn like a magnet as I said, “What the h*** is that chocolatey gooey goodness??”

I will make it, but I’m making myself wait until the next party so I have many, many people to share it with. :) In the meantime, I’d love to link to this on my blog, with that ooey, gooey photo (and credit, of course) if it’s OK with you. I know with that photo, people won’t be able to stop themselves from coming over here. :)

  59. okay: my husband just had his first piece and proclaimed it to be the best thing that has ever touched his lips…i might be a little jealous…until today, the best thing that ever touched his lips were my lips. ;o)

  60. http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/jj259/laraj_photos/?action=view&current=chocpie1.jpg&newest=1

    http://s274.photobucket.com/albums/jj259/laraj_photos/?action=view&current=chocpie2.jpg&newest=1

hope the links work…i used walnuts because i had no pecans, and i made a shortbread type of pie crust because i cannot make real pie crust to save my life
i’m pretty proud of myself ;)

  61. just took it out of the oven….can’t WAIT to see if it worked out

looks a little darker than yours, and my crust isn’t as deep.. fingers crossed!!

  62. Hey, I love your stuff! And this looks really yummy. I’m just wondering if it’s actually like a cookie or if it’s chewy? And is it really sweet? Thanks. :) x

  63. Making this right at the moment for family dinner tonight.

  64. omg when i saw this picture i almost fell out . This pie looks like it will be my dinner one night .

  65. O-M-G. This is amazing. Finally made this for the first time today but used Heath brand english toffee bits instead of nuts (I’m not much of a nut person) and it was FABULOUS. I’m trying so hard not to eat the whole thing!

  66. oh my! I printed the recipe

  67. Finally got to make it on Sunday…yummy! It was a huge hit in our home. Thanks for a delicious recipe!

  68. Hooray! My neighbor used to make this as an after school treat 25 years ago. My sister and I were just reminiscing about it and then look- of course Bakerella has delightful photos that match our memories perfectly. Can’t wait to whip one up!

  69. Ahhh. I so need to try out this recipe! Looks yummy! (like everything else on the site:D)

The new layout is really pretty and easy to nagivate/find things.(:

  70. Ahhh – I see what you mean. Looking into it.

    Thanks!

  71. Oh! I meant -all- posts, even mine & your response to me. : ) Thanks again for recipe, today I bought white chocolate chips & macadamia nuts to make a variation on the original. I’m looking forward to it. : D

  72. My son took one look at this and said.. THATS WHAT I WANT FOR MY BIRTHDAY!

    A—MAZING

  73. LeedleFishy – that’s just because this post is from April 08.

  74. P.S. All the comments for this post are displaying to me as having been made on April 17, 2008. Not sure if it’s me or a bug, but thought you’d want to know as you check for bugs on your beautiful new site! : )

  75. (FYI, this comment ran really long — sorry! ^_^)

Hello there! First off I have to tell you that I found your site a few weeks ago, and am totally inspired. When talking to my husband I probably refer to you as some sort of baking deity.

I found this post Saturday night since it’s the featured sweet, and after oggling the recipe for a minute I realized I had all the ingredients! I had the perfect reason to make it on Sunday because we needed desert for a potluck dinner, and it pie turned out great!

Everyone loved it & I was very pleased. I took some pictures before we left the house, which is good because there was nothing to take pictures of when we got home.

Here are a few notes about how I made mine:

~ I used a fork to beat the eggs because I haven’t got a mixing bowl, and was just as ruthless as I could be — when I stopped to rest my arm, I realized there was foam on the eggs so I called it good enough.

~ I had forgotten to put the butter out to soften so I microwaved it (all 3/4 C) for 20 seconds, then mashed it up with a fork to mix the bit that had melted in with the rest.

~ We’re at a pretty high elevation so sometimes have to cook things longer, but have a wonky oven & sometimes have to cook them for less time, so I just watched the pie to see how it was doing. I could’ve taken it out at 50 minutes, but left it in until 55. It was a little darken than I’d have liked but wasn’t too done, and no liquid in the middle.

What I’m REALLY excited to do is try it with other things besides chocolate chips! I want to make it with M&Ms for colorful, seasonal variations, and also think it could be tasty with white chocolate chips, or butterscotch chips, or peanut butter chips. Thank you for sharing this recipe!!

And, lastly, one of the pictures I took: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v636/bucketkicker/DSCN0765.jpg

  76. I tried this recipe last night and it was AWESOME! It was actually my first homemade pie too. My daughter was upset when she found out it had pecans in it after she agreed to help make it(she hates pecans), she said she was going to pick all of them out. You know what? She didn’t pick out a single one, she loved it! Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful recipes. I can’t wait to try more :)

  77. Bakerella!!! Thank you, thank you. I had this same pie at Click’s in Pawnee, OK and let me tell you, I about swooned. I’ve looked for the recipe and couldn’t find it. You have saved the day! (But not my waistline. Oh heck, I’m pregnant, I don’t HAVE a waistline!) YAY for gooey, chocolatey goodness!

  78. OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think ill neva see something as beautiful as this lol :-D

  79. So not fair to have to look at when all I crave is chocolate when I am expecting. My mind doesn’t want to think about anything else now. : ) Must make soon!!!!!

  80. Oh my , oh my, oh my !!!!!!! Heaven on earth !

  81. Made this tonight after seeing it yesterday as your Featured Sweet….SO SO YUMMY! My hubby loved it.

You have totally inspired me. This was actually the first pie I have ever made….and this weekend I made your Mini Pancake Muffins. Next I want to try Pops!!

I stumbled across your site by chance a few weeks ago and I have to say…….I Love Love Love your site!!!

  82. I’m speechless. That chocolate cookie pie is to die for! Thats “nam nam” (yummi) as we say in Norway.

By the way: I’ve been a true fan of your blog since the day I saw you on the oprah show! Love it, keep up the good work.

    Beate 19, Norway

  83. Always have been looking for something like this. Really can’t wait to try it…

  84. Just so you know, my teeth just fell out looking at that. Soooo sweet! lol

  85. Oh my indeed! I just felt my heart skip a beat… chocolate chip cookies are probably my number one weakness! This looks delish!

  86. Melissa – I think you’ll have better luck this time. I hope so anyway!

  87. So I should have read the posts. I melted the butter to get an exact measurement and my first pie came out kind of watery. I’m hoping by putting it into the fridge for several hours or overnight that it will be fine. I made another pie, I bought 2 pie crusts, and that one I made sure the eggs were as foamy as they can be and I also just let the butter sit room temp for like 30 minutes to get it soft but not too soft. I think it will come out good. I will post how it comes out. Thanks for the recipe though, super easy!

  88. Doug, I think that’s awesome and I’ve got a shirt just for you :)

    http://www.bakelove.com/bakerfella_t-shirt.html

  89. My kids sent me this link and said you must make it for us. Well, I did. Good thing I got two pie shells, cause I’m making another to go with us to Thanksgiving at my parents.

It a house full of choc-a-holics, this did them in.

    Thanks,
    Doug
Yeah I do the cooking, what of it!

  90. it should. You may need to adjust baking time. Also they make mini frozen pie shells that would work if you didn’t have time to press in all those tins with pie dough.

  91. I’m thinking about making this tomorrow. I want to try to make mini pies though. Would a muffin tin work for that?

  92. I like that idea Katie. But you know, I like things mini.

  93. I made this several times already – each time it is like heaven all over again. Also, did try it with the graham cracker crust – delish! And tried it with the mini graham cracker pie crusts – even better! I am even thinking of doing the minis as a baby shower favor – so each lady can have a “sweetie pie” of her own!

Thanks so much for the recipe!

  94. niffer – If you look at my pics, you can see that some of the chips also sank. The texture wasn’t too doughy though. This pie also hardens if you leave it out and tastes like a giant choc chip cookie. So try it that way too. If your butter was melted and not softened, then that may have accounted for a little extra doughyness.

  95. I couldn’t resist and tried out this recipe tonight, and while tasty it did not turn out as expected. The chocolate chips all sank to the bottom and the texture was doughy as if it wasn’t completely baked and a little greasy. It tastes great but the texture is a little off-putting. I did use a frozen pie shell but totally defrosted it before hand and did bake it longer but maybe it needed even longer yet? Any suggestions?

  96. Just doing my duty. Can’t have enough brown sugar, you know.

  97. Chocolate, nuts, butter, brown sugar. I love you.

  98. That looks crazy good!

  99. by “beat your eggs” what exactly do you use? a fork? i am making this on sunday and i really want it to turn out right.

  100. Jen – Hope you enjoyed it.

Sharee Forman – cool. I was going to do that, so I’m glad to know it works.

    PheMom – you’ll love it.

Elizabeth Shapiro – so glad you like it. How soft was your butter when you added it? I wonder if it melted too much.

  101. To all those who had trouble with the liquid pie issue:
when i took mine out to test it after an hour, it was still really watery but i couldn’t wait so i took it out and let it cool and after a while it solidified and it was fabu! i suspect the butter was the culprit for me too so next time i make this (and there WILL be a next time!) i may skimp on the butter a tad and make sure i let it cool overnight so it can really set. i had a liquidy piece last night and a hard piece this morning and they were both devilishly delicious…

  102. Oh my is right! I know I’m going to have to make this soon!

  103. This is awesome, thanks for the recipe! I made this in little individual pie tins (mini chicken pot pie size) and was perfect to take over when I was bringing dinner to another family! And so easy!

  104. In the oven now… 9 minutes to go and looking/smelling YUM-O… already have the ice cream on standby. Many more of your treats to be made soon! LOVE the blog! Happy baking!

  105. cammie – good luck!

Anonymous – Yay! Glad they loved it.

  106. i made this pie using my own home made crust and it was gone before 10 am on the day I brought it to work!! Success!

  107. yay! thank you, i am off to try it again right now :)

the butter is super soft, all by itself on the counter…

I adore your website, you are wonderful!

  108. Cammi – sounds like your butter was too soft and I did beat my eggs for a while. The batter was actually pretty thick when I poured it in the pie shell. Next time let it set out on the counter to get to room temp. That way you won’t accidentally get it too soft.

  109. wah! this looks so good on your blog, but i just tried it and it didn’t work..

it was completely liquid throughout the entire pie. :tears: it still tasted good, but it was soupy –

how long do you beat your eggs for?

i guess my butter was too soft, because i did melt it in the microwave until softened, but it was pretty runny when i dumped it in.

    any ideas?

  110. mistress of the dark – enjoy

erin – the recipe didn’t specify. I’m pretty sure I used salted though. Make sure your eggs are beaten until foamy.

  111. Should I use salted butter, or unsalted? The salt in butter issue has led to my baking downfall before, so I want to make sure to do this correctly.

  112. I’m going to try this one definitely. It looks yummilicious :)

  113. Melanie – I’m glad it tasted good though.

  114. I made this to take to our Father’s Day BBQ. It didn’t turn out quite like yours. All the chis sunk to the bottom and it was as dense as I’d have liked, but it was still really good and super easy. Thank you!

  115. Eva – glad you enjoyed it. It’s on my fave list too!

  116. I made this last week and it was to die for. I will definitely be making it again. My family loved it.

  117. jamie b- I’m so glad it was a hit. It’s really good isn’t it.

emily (adorn) – you’ll be happy!

  118. Oh my is right! I will be trying this for sure!

  119. YUM! Best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth! :)

  120. I have been drooling over this pie since you posted it. I just made two (one for my family and the other for a new neighbor) and they are in the oven now. I can’t wait to dig in!

P.S. I think you are so talented. I love your site and get excited when you’ve posted something new. Thanks for keeping it up for us to enjoy! :)

  121. Yeah, I’m all for minimal ingredients and maximum payoff!

  122. Thanks for posting the recipe. I made one for my co-workers birthday yesterday and it looked so delicious, I had to make another for my husband. I love that it only has like, 6 ingredients as well!

  123. Marla – you’re welcome! you’re welcome! you’re welcome!

nicole – I don’t know either unless your eggs were not beaten enough “until foamy” or maybe your butter was too soft. Did you let it get to room temp or too much, like melted butter? Also did you preheat the oven enough?

  124. Oh man, when I saw this I had to make it, and I told my mom I was going to. She told me she’d tried to make it years before, but it just turned out like liquid in the center. The same happened to me. :-\ I put it back in for another 45 minutes, and it’s still fairly wet in the center (but the tops and such are now hard and semi-burnt). No idea what we both (and another commenter, I saw) did wrong!

  125. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for posting this my kids loved it!

  126. Oh it is tamy!

Thanks Lyndsee and hi Lyndsee’s Grandparents!

  127. I made this tonight and took it to dinner at my grandparents’. Lo and behold, it was a hit! I have now forwarded them the link to this post, so your ratings with the over-70 demographic just jumped. You’re welcome ;)

  128. This sounds awesome!

  129. cyndi & lee and eatme_delicious – You guys are making me want another one. I’ll be in the kitchen.

  130. Oh my! This looks and sounds so so delicious. I’ve never even imagined anything so awesome.

  131. Thank you for posting this recipe, along with those amazing pictures (they truly made my mouth water)! My husband is a HUGE chocolate chip cookie fan so I made this for him last night. Not only was it super simple to make but it was over the top yummy! Although my pants aren’t fitting quite the same today, it was totally worth it. This recipe is a definite keeper!

  132. {lizzythebotanist} – I know why. It’s so yummy!

Pumpkin Pink Cottage – I almost ate the whole thing myself. Over a few days of course.

Anonymous – I think you will!

  133. Cannot wait to make for my grandson’s 15th birthday. Will I be the coolest grandmother or not!!!

    JanisLU

  134. Seriously I think I could eat that whole pie,,,Oh My..that looks so so so yummy,,,I have to try this one…thanks for leaving the recipe looks so good..Lisa

  135. this is my family’s favorite thanksgiving pie. i made it this year for my inlaw side’s festivities and it was a hit-everyone chose it over the classics.

  136. Anonymous – I hope it did too!

    Alysia – yep! it’s yummy.

  137. Oh my is right. I’m drooling…

  138. I have mine cooling right now to take to my In-Laws tonight for dessert. I am crossing my fingers that it looks half as yummy as yours does!

  139. colette – I agree. I love a good choc chip cookie anyday.

  140. Okay, you have so many (well deserved!) comments already, but I have to say that looks SO amazing! I may have found my birthday cake here. Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite thing next to cake, and I think I’ve just found a little bit of both!

  141. stephanie – I’m glad to hear they turned out so good in the small size. I wanted to make some minis from this recipe, but I haven’t tried yet. Thanks for the info.

  142. I just made this tonight. HOLY HALLELUJAH!!! It was incredible! I think my husband fell in love with me all over again.

I had some pastry left from the trimmings when I lined my pie shell, so I made a little mini pie in a 4-oz. ramekin, scooping a little bit of the cookie filling in. It baked for about 45 minutes along with the pie and it was great!

  143. Steph – thanks a bunch!

Kairlotta – I’m glad you loved it. It is pretty easy.

    Patti – thanks a bunch.

dessertobsessed – like I said, it has that effect…

regan – that is sad. And your husband probably is too. I’m sorry it’s not working for you. I’ve made it several times without any trouble. Maybe it will still be ok even after the extended oven time.

  153. I so wanted this recipe to be good, it’s my husband’s two favorite things mixed together. But the pie has been in the over now for 90 minutes and the top is brown, but the insides are still liquid. So sad :(

  154. OMG i must go make this RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

btw, i love your blog! everything is so adorable!

  155. The only thing that is terrible about this blog, is the fact that my coworkers and I just started a 3 week long pact of no treats. Unless it’s homemade on someone’s birthday.

I really hope someone makes it for someones birthday because it’s beautiful. I think that is strongly attributed to your beautiful photos.

  156. Oh good grief. I have to make this now!

  157. Beth – Oh good. Glad to help.

    Tartelette – yes sireee!

  158. This is so funny…my mom just made this – she calls it Tollhouse Pie! I had just checked my e-mail and found the recipe and then checked your blog to see it on the screen! Must be the season for it! This stuff is amazing. She puts it in a chocolate pie crust for even more amazingness. :-)

This pie looks fabulous…tasty and well-captured in your photos.

  160. Oh my, did you hear the thud? I just fell out of my seat. My face instantly gravitated toward my computer screen… and BOOM!

I must have a piece of that! Thanks for sharing the recipe. It’s a must for this weekend:)

  161. OH MY!! Is right!!! This looks marvelous!!!

  162. Do you think a graham cracker crust would work for this recipe?

It looks good but I am not a pie crust fan. Just thought I’d throw that out there…

  163. That looks delicious! Probably easier than fighting with 4 hot cookie sheets and two little girls trying to touch them all as I pull them out!

  164. This is my favorite cookie recipe, I can’t wait to try it in a big fat chocolatey pie, and the ice cream will just topp it off. Try making as just cookis and make ice cream sandwiches! It is quite delightful, our families favorite! I love the site too, thanks for the ideas!

  165. Oh My GOOD GRAVY!! That looks delicious. I posted last week and made the oreo pops for a cake walk at school. They were such a hit, I just finished making more for my daughter’s first communion party on Sunday. I dipped them in white almond bark with pink drizzles. They will be the most adorable party favors. THANKS!!!
