I wanted mine green inside so I did some swapping. I got a package of the mint Oreo's and a package of vanilla. I took the amount of cookies I needed from both, swapped out the mint stuff for the vanilla stuff and used a bit of coloring to make my inside greener. I use gel color so I don't thin out the texture but if you do just add in an extra bit of ground cookie. Save the rest of your extras for another time.
@Angel DO NOT use any typeof food coloring with any type of chocolate...it will make it seize up and be unusable. You can usually find "chocolate" coloring at the craft store...like Hobby Lobby.
