A few weeks ago, my friends over at Cake Art gave me a sample pack of some paper pans in a plethora of shapes and sizes. They thought I might like them. But, I don’t. I love them. You can bake and then turn right around and take your goodies to someone special. Either that or display them at home and turn your kitchen into a coffee shop which could be fun, too.
These tiny ones make me happy. The size. The color. The slightly scalloped edge. Happy.
And so do these tee-niny ones. Eeeeek!
They have cylinder-shaped baking molds and regular muffin cup styles, too. Both of these are sturdy enough that you don’t need a muffin tray to bake them in. Just arrange them on a baking sheet and go.
And look at these cuties. They have lids. Perfect to bake and take.
Since I had all these pans, I had to put something in them.
I went for blueberries and bananas…
… and made some yummy muffins.

Add a little butter while they’re still warm and your tummy will say thank you.
Then tear right in.
I had enough batter to try them out in all of the smaller size pans for fun. The large round paper cake and loaf pans would have to wait for another day.
But you don’t. Cake Art was sweet and gave me a second sample pack. So who wants it? Anyone?

Wow. I really didn’t expect so many people to want to win paper pans. Super surprised. And now I wish I had scored more sample packs from Cake Art. Maybe I’ll get more the next time I make a trip. This is such a difficult question, I’m torn between peanut butter & chocolate chip and simple blueberry muffins. It really depends on whether I feel like treating myself to some rich flavours or feel like something fruity. You can’t go wrong with blueberries!
Hands down- blueberry. They can be as simple or as grandiose as you’d like. But anyway you make them is perfect for me.

Oh, no question. Lemon Blackberry. Yum. But my kids favorite is the little French breakfast muffins with the cinnamon on top. We make those a LOT here. Every time I’m in my local (well… if a 45 minute drive can be called that) cake store, I stand and stare at these pans. Stare, and stare, and stare. But I have never bought them. :)
My favorite muffins would be strawberry peach with large sugar crystals on top! A close second would be banana with a cinnamon yogurt glaze! Love the look of those paper pans and I can see endless possibilities with them!!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins!
Plain blueberry, but with fresh blueberries, not the dehydrated ones you find in the mixes at the store.
My favorite, hands down, is cappucino chcocolate chip! To die for! And I’ve always wanted to try some of those cute paper pans. I love to give baked goods away, and these would be so perfect!

My favourite muffin is a blueberry raspberry (or sometimes cherry), I like to top them with butter when they come out too, and then I sprinkle a little bit of turbinado sugar.
The clear winner for me is blueberry. Those pans looks so fun!

My favorite muffin is a mini sour cream muffin with a thin layer of cream cheese icing on top. We used to get from a local bakery. It is closed down now but I make a similar version from time to time. It tastes more like a really moist bite of pound cake than a muffin but they called it a muffin so we’ll go with that! lol
