Pop Star: Heather in Maryland
“My daughter’s second birthday party last year had a pink and orange spring-time theme, so I decided to make your little chicks cake pops, changing the color to make them little orange birds. I also made pink ladybug pops using chocolate candy melts for the heads, chocolate sprinkles for the antennae, and flower sprinkles for the dots. I displayed the bird pops by sticking them in styrofoam cut out to fit in a white flower pot. I covered the styrofoam by making a “nest” out of raffia with pastel Easter egg M&M’s nestled inside. The styrofoam for the lady bugs was hidden with trimmings from the garden. Thanks for the inspiration!” – Heather

I love these! Ladybugs are so cute anyway, pink and green ones are the best. I love the presentation too. Very creative. Great job!
