I love these. Being an OR nurse this would be fun. how did you do it?

I started with basic cake pops and double dipped the tops to create the surgical caps. To apply the faces, hair, and masks I put the melting chocolate into plastic squeeze bottles. The nurse hats are made of fondant and I used a food coloring pen to do the crosses. The food coloring pen was surprisingly difficult to write on fondant with so I had to keep putting them in the fridge to stiffen up. Oh and I applied the fondant hats with a little bit of melting chocolate. Hope that helps!
