Pop Star: Nan in Florida

“Here is a picture of my chick pops. They are cheesecake balls on top of the tops of cupcakes that I screwed up. I took the tops off the cupcakes, turned them over and frosted them. None of the food colors were any good anymore. I scraped the bottom of the proverbially barrel to get the yellow color (supposed to be green). It was one of those days, but they turned out adorable (if I do say so myself!)” – Nan
