Pop Star: Alice in the United Kingdom
“I’m a relatively recent reader from the UK and just HAD to send you an email and a couple of pics. I’ve just made 250 cake pops for my gorgeous sister in law’s wedding. I was so glad of your step-by-step instructions. People’s responses were just incredible, they LOVED them. I just wanted to thank you for sharing such a brilliant idea, I had such fun making them. With much love and gratitude!” – Alice

April 12, 2010 06:22 AMHi! They look great! I’m interested to know, did you use ‘candy’ topping or icing of some sort for the coloured bits? I’m in UK too and haven’t been able to find any of the candy covering suggested. But it looks like maybe you have! Thanks :D

In response to Sarah – I got candy melts from sugarshack.co.uk but plain old white chocolate (tesco own!) with food colouring powder or gel also works well.
