		<description>I made these as cupcakes today and they were much lighter than I thought they would be.  I did have to adjust for high altitude, but they still came out well on the first try.  DD and I sampled one without frosting and it was great.  I could eat them all without frosting, but I think they will be awesome with frosting.</description>
