I’ve been in spring break mode lately. You might have noticed since I didn’t bake last weekend. I think it’s because I recently went on a vacation which I haven’t done in a couple of years and it felt awesome to just relax and do nothing. And now being back home I can’t stop enjoying the warmth that’s finally taking over. Spring is probably my favorite time of the year. Unfortunately, in the south, you only have about seven minutes to enjoy the season before the hot and humid heat of summer takes over. Okay, okay – I’m exaggerating a little. It probably lasts eleven minutes. ; ) So you’ve got to enjoy all of them while they last. And I’m trying.

I must definitely admit it is the perfect way to highlight the spring season, if i were to select a destination to take a vacation i would choose Paris, a place of serenity and pure beauty. My favourite place for a vacation… I feel in love with the Caribbean island especially Curacoa. OMG that was just paradise! Snorkelling for hours, sunshine, palm trees, cocktails..heck what’s not to like about that. But every since I came to Australia to do my internship, I found a second paradise called Australia. It felt like home the second I set foot in this beautiful country. And every single time it manages to take my breath away.

Hopefully I am not automatically disqualified if can’t decide on just one vacation thing to do/place to go. At one time I might have said visit the D.C. area (been twice, never gets old). A couple of years ago though I took my first cruise and enjoyed it immensely. If there was a way to do both and not break the bank I would. Don’t suppose there are too many cruise ships leaving out of Baltimore Harbor. Picking a single color for my new kitchen aid mixer is easy. Yellow. My kitchen and my life could use some brightening.

HIyaaa! havin a full-time job + a part-time cake decorator doesnt really give me much time to go for a quick getaway but when i do i usually head to d sea. I’m a scuba junkie so going diving is my perfect kinda vacation. Couple of months back went to puerto galera in d philippines n i love it!

I don’t get to vacation much, but when I do it’s usually in San Diego for Comic-Con! It’s a beautiful place and has lots of things to do. Majestic Yellow mixer is cute!
