We were celebrating thanksgiving birthdays. Although mine did not turn out as pretty as bakerellas' everyone thought they were so cute and tasty :D even though expresso beans, rainbow chips, and casino sprinkles are hard to find. I found alternatives such as chocolate covered almonds for the heads, orange nerds for the beak, and i used red icing for the wattle/gobbly part haha. it still was a success. i plan on making more of these every year and also trying out other recipes here such as those mini cheesecakes :D I made these not to long ago for a club at University of California, Irvine.
