There are instructions for all the animals in my Cake Pops book except for the Zebra and elephant. Looks like the elephant ears are fondant.

Yes, I used fondant for the elephant ears and trunk. For the zebra, edible marker. For lions, I’ve used both chips or a toothpick with melted chocolate for the mane.

what kind of edible markers did you use, the kind i bought are terrible and dont write on the chocolate at all :(

My daughter-in-law’s baby shower is in March and our theme is Patchwork elephants, hearts and daisy flowers. I have never worked with fondant, so I would love to know how to make the elephant ears and trunk. Would it be possible to get a quick “lesson?”
