Have a question? I visited a cake ball store here, Dallas, TX and the cake balls were pasty like fudge without a cake texture and were very rich. What is the normal ratio of cake to frosting that you put in your cake pops? I make cake pops and they did well and everyone loved them. How do you get them so smooth without loading them with frosting and making them pasty fudge texture?
