  1. hello,

in search of cats Cake Pops, I came to your photo.
How did you shape the ears?
Happy about a response from you.

  2. Thank you ladies for the wonderful comments!! :) Lin, after I dipped them in belgian chocolate, I coloured them with lustre paint (powder) and used cocoa butter (melted) to make it like nice thick paint.. xoxo
    good luck!

  3. Vickie these are so totally cute! Your work is just amazing. I want to do cake pops for a cat shelter charity event next year. Can you please tell me how you made these with the irredescent colors? I would love to try – and maybe, maybe, maybe, if I practice hard enough, they will come out looking similiar to yours. Thanks for sharing!

  4. These look so adorable! Well done!

I made red velvet cake pops the other day that were also super moist. I found that I only had to add a tablespoon or two of the frosting to the cake crumbs mixture for them to roll properly (as opposed to the can of frosting I needed to use when I first tried cake pops using a different cake mix!).

I put photos of them on my blog at http://www.cakepoprecipes.org.

Thanks for sharing Vickie (and huge thanks Bakerella for my new obsession!).

  5. I love these! You did an amazing job, Vickie.

  6. These are the cat’s meow! Great work, Vickie!
