“I absolutely adore making cakeballs/cakepops, and I made these cakeballs masquerading as mini ice cream cones for a friend’s birthday. This particular friend loves food that looks like something other than what it is, so the ice cream cones were part of a buffet spread that contained Rice Krispies treat “sushi,” cookie “hamburgers,” sugar cookie “french fries” and cupcakes that looked like spaghetti and meatballs, chow mein, and fruit pies. Hope you enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoyed making them!” – Aimee
