YAY! It’s spring and I couldn’t be happier. And to celebrate the season, I’m having a sweet springy giveaway for a KitchenAid Mixer in one of the following colors.  The winner gets to pick, too… Fun! What’s it going to be? Crystal Blue? Ice? Pistachio? Who’s up for Majestic Yellow?

All of these colors are beautiful and put me in the baking mood.

  61. My favorite color is Pistachio! I would bake a typican italian cake called “Torta della nonna” (Grandma’s pie), which is made of shortbread, custard and almonds. But in this case I would use pistachios instead of almonds :)

  101. I love the white one. I’ve been playing with fresh goat milk lately (have 3 does I’m milking), making yogurt and pudding and about to gear back up for cheese making. But I’ve got some fresh duck eggs just begging to be made into a cake with the last couple of Meyer lemons I’ve been hoarding.
