My favorite color is Pistachio! I would bake a typican italian cake called “Torta della nonna” (Grandma’s pie), which is made of shortbread, custard and almonds. But in this case I would use pistachios instead of almonds :)
Would have to be the crystal blue for me, looking forward to baking and decorating easter biscuits with my 3 year old to give friends and family :)

I love the white one. I’ve been playing with fresh goat milk lately (have 3 does I’m milking), making yogurt and pudding and about to gear back up for cheese making. But I’ve got some fresh duck eggs just begging to be made into a cake with the last couple of Meyer lemons I’ve been hoarding.

I love the color Aqua Sky so much. I can imagine it stands perfectly next to my pink one on my kitchen counter. I’m the owner of a small cupcake shop in Bangkok and always try new flavors and decoration at home with the pink KitchenAid that I have, instead of the professional one that I use at the shop.
