The last event I celebrated with cake was a meeting I went to where our beloved Department Chair was retiring from his position. We had chocolate cake with a fresh strawberry filling covered in a vanilla buttercream frosting.

Double birthday’s last week for my mom (3/15) and my son (3/17), which meant two parties and two cakes! One was chocolate with chocolate frosting and one was a shamrock white cake and vanilla frosting with lots of green icing.
