I’ve recently baked Missisipi Mud Pie, it was delicious! as well as the lemon cheesecake :) I would love to try the marshmallows recipe (though sounds a bit difficult) and I’m looking for an almond flour for macarones :) kitchen aid would be more than helpful for that, how about the boysenberry one? :)

  24. I would get the Boysenberry one as purple is my 10 year old son’s favourite colour and I would love to be able to give hime a mixer (he loves to bake, but we can’t afford a mixer so he has to use a cheap handheld one).
    We’d definitely make a red velvet cake and cover it in spooky decorations.

So many things to make, the first would be a 3 layer chocolate cake with a gingerbread house and a graveyard Martha Stewart inspired cake – I would add my own touches to it! Then I would make triple chocolate brownies with blood oozy sauce (homemade raspberry sauce) to hand out to everyone on Halloween!

Perfect timing as I’m throwing a Halloween party and my breville mixer has just over heated :-/ I’m not one that is great for getting air into my cakes/buns. So this would make sure the days not a flop baking wise as I intend to make cake pops, cupcakes and a polka dot spider cake. I love all the colours but if I had to choose I’d go with tangerine, grey, black, oh I like them all any!
